We currently offer worldwide shipping. Whatever country you reside in, we will get your item to you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your product ships. Don't panic if you don't get a delivery confirmation email immediately away! We promise to deliver the things within the specified time frame because we are aware of the delivery date or date range that you set at checkout.

Shipping Method

Domestic orders will be sent with via Royal Mail's Tracked 24h Service.

International orders will be sent with via Royal Mail's International Express

Delivery business that operates worldwide through domestic couriers.

Tracking Details

As soon as the items are given to the courier, we will email you to let you know that your order has been dispatched. The projected arrival date, the tracking number, and the courier company's website will all be included in these warning emails. You may also check this on our order status page or  by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Package tracking numbers may not appear on courier websites for up to 24 hours after they are shipped. Please notify us within 24 hours if you discover any discrepancy in the shipment delivery.

 

Change Of Address

If your item has not yet been shipped, you have the option to update your shipping address by reaching out to our customer service team at customerservice@dazone.store However, we are not required to amend the shipping address, therefore please be aware that after the item has been shipped, we are unable to guarantee it.

 

Wrong Address

You will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred when we have to return our goods to you because you specified an erroneous mailing address at the time of purchase.

 

Several locations

We are unable to mail the same order to multiple addresses. Order separately if you need items sent to different addresses. In the event that you need assistance with this, please email customerservice@dazone.store.

 

Item not received

RESCHEDULED DELIVERY

If you are not home, the carrier will leave a calling card because our couriers need a signature upon delivery. After that, you can change your delivery address or arrange for a new delivery appointment by getting in touch with the carrier directly.
